This project consists of widening and rebuilding Second Avenue from MP 0.61 to MP 0.77.  The project will recycle in place the existing road material using cement incorporation to provide a stable base.  The road will then be paved with concrete and curb and gutter will be installed.  The access to the Port facility will also be improved including constructing a new exit point from the facility.

The project will be bid out in two phases.  Phase 1 is the Railroad Crossing Burbank Project and will consist of the construction of the new concrete railroad crossing for the new exit from the Port facility.  Phase 2 is the Second Avenue Burbank Project and will consist of all other work for the road project.
